All of the resources and links below are related to the twelve-week Anticancer Lifestyle Program. All materials are organized by topic area (ie, Change, Diet) and appear in the same order as your workbook. Your instructor will reference and discuss all prep work during class time. You will note that instructors have also provided additional resources that you may find useful to supplement your classroom work and may or may not be referenced in class. If you are unsure of what you need to do to prepare for your next session, please ask your instructor or the course facilitator for clarification.
