Forks Over Knives

The documentary Forks Over Knives seeks to prove that most chronic illnesses can be reversed and even prevented by adopting a plant-based diet.  The major storyline traces the personal journeys of two physicians, Dr T Colin Campbell, a nutritional biochemist from Cornell University, and Dr Caldwell Esselstyn, a former top surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic, as the evidence leads them to the overwhelming health benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet.
