Most of us are unaware of how many risks exist, particularly from environmental factors. My favorite was the environment section. People get some nutrition, stress management, and exercise guidance but virtually no information about toxins and their impact.”

Increasing evidence highlights that accumulating sitting time in prolonged bouts is detrimental to cardiometabolic health. A meta-analysis published in the journal Sports Medicine found that even 2 minutes of walking after a meal is surprisingly good for you. Frequent short interruptions of standing significantly lowered glucose after meals, compared to prolonged sitting; however, light-intensity walking was found to be a superior physical activity break.
