Falling Forward: Building Resilience and Healthy Habits After Cancer

September 16, 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET

Life after cancer often brings ongoing physical, emotional, and practical challenges that can make healthy living more difficult than people realize. Drawing from both his personal experience as a four-time cancer survivor and more than two decades as a cancer survivorship researcher, Dr. Keith Bellizzi will explore what resilience really is, and how it influences our ability to adopt and sustain healthy behaviors.

Based on themes from his book Falling Forward, this session will examine the science of resilience and offer practical, evidence-based strategies for navigating uncertainty, regaining a sense of control, and building habits that support long-term health and well-being. Participants will leave with realistic tools they can use to move forward, one small step at a time.
