- 4 ripe bananas, frozen
- 3 c frozen mango chunks
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Sprinkle of black pepper
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 – 2 c unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- Add frozen bananas, mango, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups of almond milk to a food processor or high-powered blender. Process until smooth, about 1 minute. If it is too thick, add more almond milk, 2 T at a time.
- Mixture will be the consistency of soft serve. Consume right away, or smooth into a freezer-safe container to firm up, approximately 4 hours.
