Using expert videos, animation, text, and interactives, the Fitness Module of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program will explain the connection between fitness and health, and provide some tools you need to develop a regular fitness routine.


The Fitness Module will:

  • Give you ideas for including movement into everyday life activities
  • Explore the different types of movement and why they are each beneficial
  • Demonstrate different stretching and yoga exercises
  • Help you get started on a regular fitness routine–and develop strategies for what to do when you “fall off the wagon”
  • A way to define your personal purpose and the values that will inform where to begin your lifestyle changes
  • Each course module has its own Toolkit to help you continue to develop your Anticancer Lifestyle
