Using expert videos, animation, text, and interactives, the Mindset Module of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program will guide you to develop a constructive mindset that will make it easier to make and maintain lasting beneficial lifestyle changes.


The Mindset Module we will help you:

Much of the focus of the Mindset Module and the Mindset Toolkit is on the practice of mindfulness. An increasing number of studies link mindfulness to greater health, well-being, and even survival.

Mindfulness may sound unfamiliar to you. Simply put, it is the capacity to be fully present in your life, with curiosity and interest, in order to relate with what’s happening in the wisest way available.

Through the practice of mindfulness, we become more aware of our thoughts and feelings, less overtaken by them, and better able to manage our responses to them. As we become better able to manage our reactions to life events, we increase the possibility for profound, life-sustaining change.
