Yoga has many known benefits, including improved posture and breathing, and reduced stress. Chair yoga is a wonderful and gentle way to get started with a daily yoga practice, especially for those who have trouble sitting on the floor. 

In this 30-minute video, Sherry Gamble, our Anticancer Lifestyle yoga instructor, guides you through a series of gentle stretches you can do while seated. As you follow the practice, please be very gentle with yourself and go at a pace that works for you. This is a lovely class, enjoy!
