Over nine weeks, you’ll explore the areas key to reducing inflammation and overall risk of cancer, cancer recurrence, and chronic illness. You’ll learn actionable tools, tips, and information for improving your diet and fitness, decreasing stress, and reducing exposure to toxic chemicals commonly found in the home environment, moving through the material whenever it’s convenient for you, alongside a small group going through it at the same time.

Learning Circle Flex is a welcoming online environment where a small group moves through the Anticancer Lifestyle Program together over nine weeks, on their own time. There are no set weekly meetings. Each week, you choose when to log in and work through approximately 90 minutes of the Anticancer Lifestyle Online Course, then share reflections and questions with your group in a dedicated online space.
A trained health coach guides and supports the group throughout, with shared resources and strategies from peers. This first cohort is offered free as part of our pilot (regularly $125). A printed study guide will be mailed to you.
