Ananda Kaplan

Ananda is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and a recipe developer with the Anticancer Lifestyle Program. Ananda is a classically trained chef with a Grand Diplôme from the French Culinary Institute and has over 10 years’ experience in the culinary industry. She also received her M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
