“I’ve cleaned out my home of almost all my cleaning products, personal care products, aluminum and plastic cook/bake ware. I now shop at our Food Co-op (as a member) and local farmers markets.  When I do go into a traditional grocery store I read the ingredients on all the labels. I meditate daily. I eat carefully now and slowly. I avoid watching the so-called news. I move away from people who are negative and are ‘all about them’. I take time every day to practice gratitude for the bounty and beauty in my life.”

Constant evaluation of products we use that may be sources of toxins: moving away gradually from plastic to glass storage food containers: not using as much dishwashing detergent; avoiding all clothing with toxic sprays; simplifying my life to minimize stress by de-cluttering, paying down debt, learning to cook vegetarian recipes (re-learning to spell); detoxifying dead end relationships!”
