Fitness Q&A: Peter Pace, Fitness Instructor

 

Join us for an informative Q&A session with Fitness Instructor Peter Pace focusing on the Exercise module of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program. Peter, an exercise physiologist, will delve into the crucial role of physical activity in supporting those recovering from cancer and its impact on enhancing immunity and preventing recurrence.

While it’s beneficial to familiarize yourself with the Fitness module beforehand, it is not required. Peter will address your queries, which may include easy ways to improve your strength, how to create and implement a fitness plan, ways to get better sleep, and more.

This free event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, at 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST.
