Mediterranean diet associated with lower risk of Gleason score progression in men with prostate cancer

In a study published in Cancer, adherence to a Mediterranean diet was associated with a lower risk of Gleason score progression in men on active surveillance, and this is consistent with prior reports about the Mediterranean Diet and reduced cancer morbidity and mortality.
