When we’re facing illness or other hard times, some of our deepest suffering comes from the way we turn against ourselves, caught in fear, self-judgment, and a sense of not being enough. Yet learning to meet these moments with kindness, rather than being at war with ourselves, can be genuinely healing.
Join renowned meditation teacher and psychologist Tara Brach for a nourishing 90-minute session on the practice of self-compassion. Tara will guide you through RAIN, her simple four-step practice, Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture, for working with painful emotions and reconnecting with your own strength and goodness. Through teaching, guided meditation, and live Q&A, you’ll come away with practical tools to meet fear and difficulty with greater ease, and a renewed sense of peace, resilience, and freedom, during a cancer journey and beyond.
Can’t attend live? All registrants will receive the recording via email after the event concludes.
