An Afternoon with Jon Kabat-Zinn: Guided Meditation, Talk, and Q&A
Join Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), for a two-hour, fully experiential session designed for anyone seeking steadiness and clarity in daily life—patients, survivors, caregivers, and clinicians alike. The program will blend a guided meditation, a teaching and reflection, plus an extended, participant-driven Q&A/dialogue, closing with a short practice. No prior meditation experience is required.
We’ll explore practical ways to meet stress, pain, and uncertainty with awareness and kindness—bringing mindful attention to the moments of ordinary life, and discovering what Jon calls being “at home anywhere.”
