Keeping Your Cool When Emotions Run Hot: Mindful Techniques for Managing Anger

December 3, 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET

In our fast-paced world, stress, worry, anxiety, and anger often derail healthy communication and well-being. This webinar, led by mindfulness expert Margaret Fletcher, will explore the powerful role of mindful awareness in managing emotions and improving our interactions. Margaret will guide you through the “Power of the Pause” practice, the foundation for cultivating mindful communication, and provide practical techniques to approach conversations from a place of care, curiosity, and integrity.

By focusing on what matters most and listening with sincerity, mindfulness can help you build skills of understanding, compassion, and even creativity. This webinar will empower you to bring an open heart and your true voice to your most important relationships, ultimately supporting better health, life satisfaction, and protection against cancer-promoting conditions.

Join us to learn how to keep your cool and manage your emotions mindfully, fostering healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
