Every year, the Environmental Working Group (EWG) uses USDA data to publish its Shopper’s Guide to Produce, which lists the Dirty Dozen (the fruits and veggies with the most pesticide residues) and the Clean Fifteen (the fruits and veggies with the least pesticide residue). The results may surprise you! Use this invaluable guide for which foods you should buy organic, and which would be OK to purchase conventionally grown.
