Higher dairy milk consumption associated with greater risk of breast cancer

A study published in the International Journal of Epidemiology found that drinking as little as one cup of dairy milk per day may increase the rate of breast cancer up to 50%.  Non-dairy milks can be an optimal choice, as no association was found between consumption of these products and breast cancer rates.
