About the Speaker: Margaret Fletcher, a founding member of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program, created the Mindfulness/Stress Reduction curriculum pillar of our course. She has extensive experience teaching mindfulness and training mindfulness teachers at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Margaret co-founded East Coast Mindfulness and holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She has studied Mindful Communication with Jan Surrey and is a founding member of the NH Professional Mindfulness Community.
