We all have to eat, and much of what we eat comes packaged: Meat and fish in plastic wrap, cereals in boxes, yogurt in plastic cups, soup in cans, drinks in plastic bottles. If you think about the items in a typical grocery store, virtually all of them are encased in something.
It would be reasonable to assume that what’s touching your food is safe from chemicals of concern. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
